Sampling

In order to give you more confidence on buying from us. We are willing to offer you the samples with the points below.

A, We can send you 3 pieces of samples for free which are our standard cup for free.

B, If you need your customized model, we will charge you every model 100.00 USD. And the 80.00 USD per decal(design).

C, We are willing to offer more samples for free to our VIP clients.

D, To avoid the getting samples by no-buying purpose, we may refuse to offer the samples to any of the clients for free.

1. How to order a new sample.

You firstly supposed to offer us an original samples (or from our website), and then send the artwork to us.

A. Which kind of artwork should the client send to us.

The artwork can be make by Adobe Illustrator, Macromedia Freehand etc, EPS and AI files. If you only have the file in jpg, gif or tiff, you have to make sure it's bigger than 300dpi.

B. How to send the artwork to us

The client can send the artwork to our sales person who's your contacter by e-mail or CD to our office.

C. How to match my color.

If you have a special request on the colors, you must mark them with Pantone Colors. PS. We can't make sure the color in ceramic can be 100% the same as the Pantone color. The production and burning of the decal is much more difficult than printing a paper by a normal laser printor.

D. What can I do, if I don't have the artwork.

If you don't have an artwork, please write down what you are looking for by words or rough drawing, our designer will work on it.

2. We will issue a " Sample request " after every points are confirmed by the clients before making the samples.

3. Sample delivery.

If you are not located in China, please offer us your account NO. of DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT etc.

Mass Production

A. Sales Confirmation

You will get a sales confirmation or Proforma Invoice from us after the Order confirmed. Please double check it to make sure it's right in every details. And please feel free to contact with us if you have any doubt on it. if you didn't get the PI etc, please contact with the sales person who's your contactor.

1. Junk mail

Please check your setting of e-mail to make sure you can get our e-mails in time. If there is any mistake happens because of the wrong setting of your e-mail, we will not able to take that responsibility.

2. Estimated deivery time

a. Normal production time.

If what you are looking for is from our website, normally it will only takes 10-14 days in production, otherwise you have to wait for 45-60 days. The exact delivery time you need to confirm with the sales person again before ordering.

Please note that, if you need a final approval before mass production, the delivery time will be only calculated from the date of final approval.

b. Rush production

Normally we will offer you a 7 days production for the item which are on show in our website. And we will offer also a 30 days production time for the customized products. But please note that, the Rush order is only for the last choice, which will lead to a very high cost with high risk. So, it's not suggested by us.

3. Revise the contract.

Please send us the instruction asap how to revise them, Any changes should be instructed before the real mass production. That means when the mass production happens, the clients will be charged for a high cost in reason of any changes.

4. Canceling of Orders

Once the order is confirmed, every process will be scheduled. So, if it's not our fault, we will not accept any of cancelling of orders.

B. Mass production samples

Before each mass production, we will produce some samples again and confirm by ourselves. If you also need it please inform us, but please note that, the delivery cost will be paid by you. So, please make sure if you need the real samples or just confirm by pictures.

C, 100% satisfication

We guarantee we will deliver what you need in time to the destination you appointed.

But we are not able to take the responsibility becaues of the force majeure. If you have any complaint in our service or goods, please send the mail to info@novaporcelain.com

D. Repeat order

Because of the limited of all the material. We can't promise you every deliveries will have the same condition even it's a repeat order. And because of the changes of Exchage everyday, we also can't promise you always the same price for the same item. So, please double check with your contact person in our company for the new quotations and maybe the new samples.

Delivery

We will try our best to deliver the goods in time to the appointed warehouse on the cheapest way.

Since we have a professional team in Logistic, we can do what ever terms the clients ask for, like DDU, CIF, FOB etc.

We promise the goods will arrive on the port inland in time, but we are not able to take the duty when there are some delay happens in the Custom, Vessel transporting etc. Normally we will inform the clients the tracking number of all the deliveries within 1 week.
